♦Bookings are not confirmed until cleared payment of deposit is received.

♦Once your booking is made the deposit and balance are non-transferable and non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Skydive Alfresco.

♦Skydiving is regarded as an all day activity and may involve an early check-in time. It may also involve significant waiting time between check-in and making your descent.

♦If you wish to change the date of your skydive or fail to attend without at least 72 hours notice then you will forfeit your deposit. A date rearrangement (within 72 hours may be made but a £30 admin fee will be payable.

♦If bad weather prevents your skydive you may arrange an alternative mutually convenient date at no charge.

♦All skydives must be taken within 6 months of initial date of event.

♦Failure to bring required documentation on the day may result in forfeiture of deposit and your not being allowed to jump.

♦Alcohol must not be consumed on the day of your jump as you will not be allowed to make your descent and deposit will be forfeited.

♦The company, club and instructors have the final say as to your suitability to jump and you must comply with club decisions and rules. You may be required to sign additional terms and conditions for the club where your jump will be made.

♦We cannot accept any responsibility for personal loss or injury of any kind whilst you are participating in the sport of skydiving.

♦For group bookings, the group organiser accepts these terms and conditions for all group members. (Please ensure everyone within the group understands these terms and conditions)

♦Gift certificates are valid for a period of six months from date of purchase, extensions or longer durations are available but are subject to an administration fee.

♦Gift certificates are named at issue but may be transferred to another person subject to an administration charge.

♦Gift certificates have no cash value and entitle the named bearer to the specified skydiving experience bookable via Skydive Alfresco only.

♦Gift certificates may be used at any of the locations at which we operate but are subject to the opening times and availability of the centre used.

♦At the time of the skydive the jumper must be within any age and or weight restrictions specific to the skydive to be undertaken.

♦We reserve the right on occasion to refer your booking to another supplier, you will be informed of this at the time of booking.

♦The provision or inferred provision of any kind of transport arrangement is not for reward and no liability is assumed during transit for loss or injury.

♦All offers are liable to alteration or termination without notice.

♦Cash back incentives are paid once confirmation and cleared funds are received for the referred booking at £5 per person and are only paid by secure bank transfer.
